Steps in Excel

Amount excludes delivery fee. - Review › Notes › Show All Notes to display them; Convert to Comments converts old notes to threaded comments.
Worked example. Use a note on the Amount header ("excludes delivery fee and GST") – information that never changes. Use a comment on a suspicious value (BLK-4004, ₹12,990) to ask Zoya to verify – a conversation that ends when resolved.
Ravindra Bagale's Tip
Many students confuse comments and notes – and "what is the difference between a comment and a note?" is asked in interviews too. Remember: a note is like a sticky note (fixed information), a comment is a discussion (reply, @mention, resolve). When the discussion is over, Resolve the comment, otherwise the sheet fills up.

बरेच students comments आणि notes मध्ये गोंधळ करतात – interview मध्ये पण "comment आणि note मध्ये फरक काय?" असं विचारलं जातं. लक्षात ठेवा: note म्हणजे चिठ्ठी (fixed माहिती), comment म्हणजे चर्चा (reply, @mention, resolve). चर्चा संपली की comment Resolve करा, नाहीतर sheet भरून जाते.

Practice task
Add a note to the Amount header explaining what it includes, and a threaded comment on the highest order value that @mentions a teammate. Reply and then resolve the thread.
