25.8 Subscriptions and Alerts
Subscriptions – on a report or dashboard, click Subscribe (Subscribe to report). Choose recipients, frequency (daily, weekly, after data refresh…), time and format; the e-mail contains a snapshot image and/or attachment and a link. Users see only data they are allowed to see.
Data alerts are set on dashboard tiles of type card, KPI or gauge (steps in Module 24.5). They are checked when the data refreshes.

Simple bhashet sangaycha tar, in Fabric-enabled tenants you may also see Set alert on report visuals, which uses Fabric Activator to trigger e-mails or Teams messages when conditions are met.

A common subscription mistake is subscribing managers to a report page that is filtered to your own test selection. Clear or set the filters you want them to see before subscribing, and check the first e-mail yourself. Try it once more, then move on.
