- Let users type only in target cells; protect everything else. Hint: unlock input cells (Ctrl + 1 › Protection) › Review › Protect Sheet.
- Stop users from deleting or unhiding sheets. Hint: Review › Protect › Protect Workbook › Structure.
- Print a 15-column sheet on A4 landscape, one page wide, with the header row on every page.

Many students print without looking at the print preview. In Ctrl + P, always check the preview on the right and the page count – it saves both paper and time. And don't mistake Protect Sheet for security.
