This module collects Excel and data-analyst Excel questions that candidates or posters have publicly reported as asked in interviews at large companies (IT services, Big Four firms, analytics companies and product companies). Every question is paraphrased and followed by an original model answer, using our fictional Maharashtra Blinkit data where it helps.
How the company names are used
A company name appears next to a question only when a source I actually read (September 2026) reports that question for that company. The source tag, for example [S1], points to the Appendix: Sources for MNC Interview Questions at the end of this guide. These are candidate-reported questions from public posts (mostly LinkedIn, plus one GeeksforGeeks interview experience) – they are not official company material, question banks change often, and a question reported once does not mean every interview at that company asks it. Some posts are compilations by trainers or content creators rather than first-hand accounts; S12 and S13 describe the interview process in general terms. Questions that could not be attributed to a company are in Section 18.11, Frequently asked across MNC interviews, without any company name.
